What is an M9 Connector?

M9 connectors are subminiature metric circular connectors featuring a 9 mm outer locking thread (M9 x 0.5) and an ultra-compact 11.5 mm shell diameter. Engineered as a high-density, space-saving alternative to M8 and M12 interfaces, they are the industry standard for reliable signal and power transmission in space-constrained, high-vibration applications such as medical equipment, precision instruments, and advanced automation sensors.
